I had a nagging feeling (that many people are familiar with) that there was something missing in my life. Although from outside everything was going OK, I was needing a deeper sense of fulfillment. This eventually led me to embarking on outer and inner travels, and exploring new ways of seeing.
With this ignition of spirit I began to study therapeutic bodywork, healing and spiritual education. During this time I became aware of my own conditioning and life stories, and how these were affecting a deeper connection to life. With the help and support from a Craniosacral Therapist I found more trust in myself, devotion to the flow of life.... and a new beginning.
A new world opened up, which I'd previously thought was only possible for others. Craniosacral work has become a very important part of this process, helping me to work through early trauma and building up new resources for myself.
My life has changed a lot since this time. I decided to train as a Craniosacral Therapist and as a result of constantly putting my experience into practise, and with a commitment to work with any limiting habitual patterns in life, I have found a greater peace, equanimity, sense of liveliness, ... and lots of stillness. Old patterns that had earlier thrown me off my path no longer affect me as before, which has brought a new sense of connection to myself and others.
To all the people who accompany me on this journey and to the ones I meet along the way: thanks for your presence and love!

Yielding melts resistance
